ماذا سيحدث لجسدك في الفضاء بدون بذلة فضائية؟ What will happen to your body in space without a space suit?

Have you ever wondered what will happen to your body in space without a space vest?  Will it be a dramatic subject as our films portrayed?  Will it really explode literally?  Can you survive?

On earth, we live in a very comfortable environment thanks to the atmosphere layer that protects us from UV rays that are radiated by the sun, regulates our temperature, and maintains appropriate atmospheric pressure.

But space space is much more aggressive.

Without this thick blanket called the atmosphere, we will be exposed to all kinds of different risks.

The most serious risk facing us when exposure to outer space is serious is hypoxia and dizziness.

Stemming is the appearance of gas bubbles in the body fluids due to lack of external air pressure.

The pressure in the space vacuum is so low that the boiling point of your body fluids is less than your body's normal temperature (37 Celsius), resulting in gas bubbles in your body fluids, which can cause you terrible risks.

You will swell horribly and your size may even double, but you will not explode because your skin is stretchable.

Your blood will not boil. But of course you will suffer a tremendous amount of pain and the blood flow inside your body will be blocked.

As mentioned earlier, the next major danger is hypoxia.

After about 15 seconds, your body will have used all the oxygen inside it and you will lose consciousness.

Some of you may think, "But I can hold my breath for minutes!"

The situation in space is slightly different from what it is on Earth because of the lack of external pressure. If you hold your breath in space without a space suit, it will be a big problem.

This is because any additional air will expand rapidly, cutting off your lungs.

After losing consciousness, you will often survive a few minutes to a maximum before you die.

Of course, there are all those harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun that will cause sunburn.

UV rays and other high-energy photons (X-rays and gamma radiation) will also severely damage your DNA, leading to mutations that may cause cancer (if you survive later). If you are in space near the sun,  Or Mercury, for example.

If you are in the cold space Jupiter and Saturn, it will not freeze immediately as the vacuum will cause the heat to move away from your body very slowly.

So in short, you will swell, burn, lose your consciousness, and your lungs will explode.

     Beautiful thing.

But do not worry, if you get stuck in such a difficult situation one day you will have a full minute or two to save you before you die, so do not lose hope.
